1. Change the file access permission to make it executable:
   • Commands:
     • chmod +x attractor_analysis
     • chmod +x make_subnetworks
     • chmod +x bns
2. Run:
   • Command:
     • ./attractor_analysis input-file.txt nodelist.txt
   • Input file:
     • The Boolean network description file
     • The format of the input file is the same as the one of BNS (http://people.kth.se/~dubrova/bns.html)
   • Node list file:
     • The list of nodes in the Boolean network
   • Example:
     • ./attractor_analysis Benchmarks/Real_Networks/Budding_yeast/budding_yeast.txt Benchmarks/Real_Networks/Budding_yeast/nodelist.txt
3. Benchmarks
   • Small and large-scale benchmarks are included in the binary.
